On March 19, the competition "Kazak khalkyn salt -dastury" was held among second-year students of the Higher College of Electronics and Communication.The objectives of the contest "Kazak khalkyn salt -dastury": 1. Preservation and popularization of the national heritage – introducing young people to the rich culture, traditions and customs of the Kazakh people. 2. Formation of patriotism and national identity – fostering respect for the history, culture and traditions of one's people. 3. Development of creative abilities – stimulating creative thinking, acting and speaking skills of participants. 4. Strengthening intergenerational ties – transfer of knowledge about traditions from the older generation to the youth. The competition was evaluated according to the following criteria: — originality and creativity; — expressiveness and artistry; — costumes and props; — teamwork and interaction; — expressiveness of students' speech Traditions are an integral part of the deep roots and spiritual wealth of the culture of the Kazakh people, so each group selected and prepared traditions. On the stage, the participants learned about Kazakh customs and traditions, showed interest in the culture of the Kazakh people, the moral and spiritual culture of their country, their people; the children shared their knowledge about the history and culture of the Kazakh people. The event was interesting and meaningful. The jury highly appreciated the contestants and awarded them with the appropriate nominations.
