On April 12-13, 2022, the Higher College of Electronics and Communications hosted a regional championship among students of the OP-220 group of specialty 1203000 "Organization of transportation and traffic management on railway transport" within the framework of the World Skills Pavlodar 2022 National Championship. The purpose of the championship is to identify the most talented and gifted students, improve the quality of professional training of mid–level specialists, further improve their professional competence in accordance with World Skills standards. The participants demonstrated their knowledge and practical skills in the organization and management of railway transportation processes, the maintenance of fuel and energy services, the supply and demand market in the field of freight forwarding, knowledge of information and communication technologies when interacting with customers.

The organizers and participants are grateful to the competent and unbiased expert council, which included teachers of the specialty 1203000 "Organization of transportation and traffic management on railway transport Iskakov R.H., Kurochkina N.V., Zhetibaeva M.M., Karashasheva S.Sh., as well as an INDEPENDENT EXPERT on duty on the sorting hill (DSPG) of the FTOO "KTZ - Freight transportation"- "Pavlodar branch of GP" Kasen A.E.

The correctness of the tasks for a certain period of time was evaluated, to navigate the nuances of the design of waybills, applications, contracts for services, and other necessary documents, as well as to solve various tasks in a simulated logistics environment in a non-standard way. The event was productive, aroused great interest and activity among students. Summing up, the experts noted the high interest of the contestants in the performance of the work and expressed hope for excellent results in the future.

 

  

 

Speaking to the participants of the championship, Deputy.the head of the Higher College of Electronics and Communications S.A. Kulakhmetova noted that the students coped well with the tasks of the competition and stressed the importance of acquired professional skills in future work and wished the "logisticians" new victories and successes!

In general, our contestants were satisfied with their participation in the championship, and we hope that our team will show decent results at all stages of the World Skills Kazakhstan 2022 championship.
